SII S-1165 series high Ripple Suppression Rate Low Differential pressure CMOS Voltage regulator Manual

The S-1165 series is a low voltage drop, high precision output voltage, low power consumption positive voltage type voltage regulator developed using CMOS technology. The low on-resistance transistor inside makes the voltage drop low, and can obtain a large output current. To prevent the load current from exceeding the output transistor's current capacity, an overcurrent protection circuit is built in. In addition, a power on/off control circuit is built in to extend battery life. Due to the SOT-23-5 small package, it can be installed with high density.
