eVigilo Ltd eVigilo Integrated Alert Distribution Center (IADC) Solution Description eVigilo Integrated Alert Distribution Center (IADC) is an emergency control, management and alert distribution center solution that enables authorities to communicate with the public and first responders in times of crisis. Geographic targeted alerts and/or notifications are sent to the affected public and respective first responders within the polygon created with the help of the integrated GIS engine. All means of communication (mobile, tv, radio, sirens, pagers, bill boards, IP, etc.) within the polygon are being triggered and deliver the information to the respective recipient.
