74VHC273 is an advanced high-speed CMOS OCTAL D-TYPE FLIP FLOP WITH CLEAR fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It has the characteristics of high speed, low power consumption, high noise immunity, power down protection, symmetrical output impedance, balanced propagation delay, wide operating voltage range, pin and function compatibility with 74 series 273, improved latch-up immunity and low noise.
