The 74VHC174 is a high-speed CMOS HEX D-type flip-flop with CLEAR fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It has low power dissipation, high noise immunity, input pull-down protection, output symmetrical resistance, balanced propagation delay, wide operating voltage range, pin and function compatible with 74 series 174 and improved latch-up immunity.
