ST 74LCX08 handbook

This document describes a low voltage CMOS quad 2-input AND gate with features such as 5V tolerant inputs, high speed, power down protection, etc. It is suitable for low power and high speed 3.3V applications and can be interfaced to a 5V signal environment. The product has good ESD performance and transient excess voltage protection.
