ST HCF4538B handbook

The HCF4538B is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides stable retriggerable/resettable one-shot operation for any fixed voltage timing application. It allows trigger and reset propagation delays independent of RX and CX, and can be triggered from leading or trailing edge. It has buffered Q and Q outputs, and offers a wide range of output pulse widths. It has low quiescent current and is rated for 5V, 10V, and 15V.
