ST L6207Q handbook

The L6207Q is a DMOS dual full bridge driver designed for motor control applications. It operates from 8 to 52V supply voltage and has a 5.6A output peak current. The RDS(on) value is 0.3Ω at 25°C. It can operate at frequencies up to 100kHz. The device includes two independent constant OFF time PWM current controllers for chopping regulation. It also features thermal shutdown and non-dissipative overcurrent protection.
