ST L6258EP handbook

The L6258EP is a PWM controlled high current DMOS universal motor driver capable of driving both windings of a bipolar stepper motor or bidirectionally control two DC motors. Its features include: output current up to 1.3A each winding, wide voltage range of 12V to 40V, four quadrant current control, precision PWM control, no need for recirculation diodes, TTL/CMOS compatible inputs, cross conduction protection, and thermal shutdown.
