ST L6207 handbook

The L6207 is a DMOS Dual Full Bridge designed for motor control applications. It is realized in MultiPower-BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS Power Transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. The device features two independent constant off time PWM Current Controllers for chopping regulation. It also includes non-dissipative overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown.
