This document describes the features and characteristics of the ST6253C, ST6263C, ST6263B, ST6260C, and ST6260B 8-bit MCUs. These MCUs feature A/D converter, safe reset, auto-reload timer, EEPROM, and SPI. They operate in a supply voltage range of 3.0 to 6.0V, with a maximum clock frequency of 8MHz, and can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +125°C. Additionally, these MCUs have run, wait, and stop modes, support 5 interrupt vectors, offer look-up table capability in program memory, and provide user programmable options.
