The M95160-125 is an automotive 16Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM that is compatible with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus. It has a 16Kbit (2Kbyte) EEPROM memory array, a page size of 32 bytes, a read time of 5 ms, and a page write time of 5 ms. It supports quarter, half, or whole memory array write protection. It also supports a high-speed clock of 5 MHz, a single supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, enhanced ESD protection, more than 1 million write cycles, and more than 40 years of data retention. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free (ECOPACK®) and comes in SO8 (MN) 150 mil width and TSSOP8 (DW) 169 mil width packages.
