This document describes the features of M95040-125, M95020-125, and M95010-125, which are automotive SPI bus EEPROMs. These EEPROMs have different storage capacities and write protection options, and are suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. They support SPI bus communication with a clock frequency of 5MHz, a write cycle time within 5ms, more than 1 million write cycles, and over 40 years of data retention. Additionally, they have enhanced ESD protection and RoHS-compliant and halogen-free packages.
