The LRI1K 1024-bit EEPROM tag IC is a RFID tag IC compliant with ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 Mode 1 standards. This IC works at 13.56 MHz and supports 10% or 100% ASK modulation with 1/4 (26 Kbit/s) or 1/256 (1.6 Kbit/s) pulse position coding.
