This is a document about the M24M02-DR 2 Mbit serial I²C bus EEPROM. The EEPROM is compatible with all I2C bus modes, including fast-mode plus, fast mode, and standard mode. It has a memory array of 2 Mb (256 Kbytes) and a page size of 256 Bytes. Additionally, it has an additional write lockable page (identification page) and supports byte write and page write operations. The EEPROM has random and sequential read modes, as well as noise suppression and input noise filter features. The whole memory array can be write protected and it operates on a single supply voltage from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The product has enhanced ESD/latch-up protection, with more than 1 million write cycles and more than 40-year data retention.
