ST M95080 M95080-W M95080-R 8-Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock handbook

This is information on a product in full production. The product is an 8-Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with a high-speed clock. It is compatible with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus and has an EEPROM memory array of 8 Kb (1 Kbyte) with a page size of 32 bytes. It supports Byte Write within 5 ms and Page Write within 5 ms. The memory array can be write protected in quarter, half, or whole. It has a high-speed clock of 10 MHz and operates on a single supply voltage. The M95080 operates on 4.5 V to 5.5 V, M95080-W operates on 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and M95080-R operates on 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C up to +85°C. It has enhanced ESD protection, with more than 1 million Write cycles and more than 40-year data retention. The product is RoHS compliant and halogen-free (ECOPACK®) with various package options available.
