This document introduces a 2048-bit EEPROM tag IC operating at 13.56 MHz, with a 64-bit UID and password. The product is fully compliant with ISO15693 and ISO18000-3 Mode 1 standards and supports 10% or 100% ASK modulation with 1/4 or 1/256 pulse position coding. It features an internal tuning capacitor, 1000000 erase/write cycles, 40-year data retention, 2048-bit EEPROM with Block Lock feature, and more.
