This document provides information on a product in full production. The product is a 1-Mbit serial SPI bus EEPROM, compatible with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus. It features a memory array of 1 Mb (128 Kbytes) of EEPROM with a page size of 256 bytes. The product supports byte write within 5 ms and page write within 5 ms. It also has an additional write lockable page (Identification page) and write protect options for quarter, half or the whole memory array. The product operates at a high-speed clock of 16 MHz and has a single supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V for M95M01-R and 1.7 V to 5.5 V for M95M01-DF. The operating temperature range is from -40°C up to +85°C. It has enhanced ESD protection, with more than 4 million write cycles and more than 200-year data retention. The product is available in RoHS compliant and halogen-free (ECOPACK®) packages including SO8 (MN) 150 mil width, TSSOP8 (DW) 169 mil width, and WLCSP (CS) (preliminary data).
