The SRI512 is a 13.56 MHz short-range contactless memory chip with 512-bit EEPROM and anticollision functions produced by ST. The chip complies with ISO 14443-2 Type B air interface standard and ISO 14443-3 Type B frame format standard. It operates at a frequency of 13.56 MHz with a subcarrier frequency of 847 kHz and a data transfer rate of 106 Kbit/second. The SRI512 features an 8-bit Chip_ID-based anticollision system, 2 countdown binary counters, a 64-bit unique identifier, 512-bit EEPROM and write protection feature. The chip also has an internal tuning capacitor, 1 million erase/write cycles, 40-year data retention, self-timed programming cycle and 5 ms typical programming time.
