ST LRI2K 2048-bit EEPROM tag IC at 13.56 MHz with 64-bit UID kill code ISO 15693 ISO 18000-3 Mode 1 compliant handbook

This document introduces a product called LRI2K, which is a 2048-bit EEPROM tag IC operating at a frequency of 13.56 MHz and compliant with ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 Mode 1 standards. It features a 64-bit UID and kill code, supports 10% or 100% ASK modulation and 1/4 or 1/256 pulse position coding for carrier modulation, as well as load modulation using Manchester coding with 423 kHz and 484 kHz subcarriers. It also supports a data rate of 53 Kbit/s with Fast commands. The product includes an internal tuning capacitor, supports 1,000,000 Erase/Write cycles, has a 40-year data retention period, 2048 bits of EEPROM with a Block Lock feature, and a 64-bit unique identifier (UID). It is capable of electrical article surveillance and has a kill function. It supports read and write operations in blocks of 32 bits, with a programming time of 5 ms.
