The M24128-125 is a 128-Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM featuring: compatibility with all I2C bus modes (400 kHz Fast mode, 100 kHz Standard mode), 128 Kbit (16 Kbytes) of EEPROM array, 64 bytes page size, 5 ms write byte write time, 5 ms page write time, 2.5 V to 5.5 V single supply voltage, -40 °C to +125 °C operating temperature range, random and sequential read modes, whole memory array write protection, enhanced ESD/Latch-Up protection, more than 1 million write cycles and more than 40 years data retention.
