The STEVAL-TDR014V1 is a demonstration board based on the PD55008-E for UHF mobile radio. It features excellent thermal stability, frequency of 400 - 500 MHz, supply voltage of 12.5 V, output power of 8 W, efficiency of 48 % - 54 %, load mismatch of 20:1 and BeO-free amplifier.
