ST STPS30H100DJF Power Schottky rectifier handbook

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the STPS30H100DJF product, including: very low conduction losses, low forward voltage drop, low thermal resistance, high specified avalanche capability, high integration, and compliance with the ECOPACK®2 standard. This product is housed in a PowerFLAT™ package and is suitable for adaptors that require good efficiency at both low and high load. Its low profile was especially designed for use in applications with space-saving constraints.
