This document describes the features and characteristics of the STPS3045DJF power Schottky rectifier, which is suitable for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. It has a low forward voltage drop, very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching, low thermal resistance, specified avalanche capability, and is packaged in a thin 1mm package. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications, especially in applications with space-saving constraints.
