ST STPS80170C handbook

STPS80170C is a high voltage power Schottky rectifier launched by STMicroelectronics. It has the advantages of high junction temperature capability, low leakage current, good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop, low thermal resistance, high frequency operation and avalanche specification. The device is packaged in TO-247 and is intended for use in high frequency switched mode power supplies.
