ST STPS2L25 handbook

STPS2L25 is a low drop power Schottky rectifier released by ST. Its features are low forward voltage drop, low power consumption and high conversion efficiency. This device is suitable for switched mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. It is especially suitable for use in parallel with MOSFETs in synchronous rectification.
