ST STPS40L15C handbook

STPS40L15C is a low drop OR-ing power Schottky diode from ST with very low forward voltage drop and small heat sink. It is suitable for OR-ing of 3V, 5V and 12V rails. The device is packaged in TO-220AB and TO-247 and is especially intended for use as OR-ing diode in fault tolerant power supply equipments.
