ST STPS5L25 handbook

The STPS5L25 is a low-drop power Schottky rectifier from ST. It features a very low forward voltage drop to reduce power dissipation and the size of the heat sink. It is also optimized to provide the best trade-off between conduction and reverse losses for the highest efficiency in applications. The STPS5L25 is housed in a high-power surface mount miniature package and has a specified avalanche capability. This device is especially intended for use as a rectifier at the secondary of 3.3 V SMPS units.
