The TN100 is a high-performance CSS transceiver with location awareness capability. It is a single-chip solution for ISM 2.45 GHz RF transceiver, with built-in ranging capability for link distance estimation. It supports modulation technique: chirp spread spectrum (CSS), FDMA support: 7 channels, 3 non-overlapping, and data rates: 2 and 1 Mbps; 500, 250 and 125 kbps. It has adjustable output power and high precision ranging capability, supports external power amplifier to increase output power. The supply voltage range is from 2.3 V to 2.7 V, and it operates in an industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
