The TS4962M is a 3W filter-free class D audio power amplifier. Its main features include: operating voltage range of VCC = 2.4V to 5.5V; standby mode low level; output power of 3W, load of 4 Ω, THD+N maximum of 10%; output power of 2.3W, voltage of 5V, load of 4 Ω, THD+N maximum of 1%; output power of 1.4W, voltage of 5V, load of 8 Ω, THD+N maximum of 1%; gain can be adjusted via external resistors; low current consumption of 2mA @ 3V; efficiency of 88% typical; signal to noise ratio of 85dB typical; PSRR of 63dB typical @217Hz with 6dB gain; PWM base frequency of 250kHz; low pop & click noise; thermal shutdown protection; available in flip-chip 9 x 300μm (Pb-free).
