ST M54HCxxx M54HCTxxx handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the M54HCxxx and M54HCTxxx series products. These products are high speed CMOS functions specifically designed to meet the radiation requirements of the aerospace industry. They have radiation hardness, single event latch-up (SEL) immunity, and are housed in hermetic packages, making them ideally suited for use in the most difficult environmental conditions.
