The L6375S is a monolithic intelligent power switch with a high-side driver function. It has a 0.5A output current, a supply voltage range of 8V to 35V, internal current limiting and thermal shutdown, open ground protection, internal negative voltage clamping for fast demagnetization, differential inputs with a large common mode range and threshold hysteresis, undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, open load detection, two diagnostic outputs, an output status LED driver, non-dissipative short-circuit protection, immunity against burst transient (IEC 61000-4-4), and ESD protection.
