ST ULQ2803 - ULQ2804 handbook

The ULQ2801-ULQ2804 are ST's eight Darlington arrays, with extended temperature range (-40 to 105 °C), output current up to 500 mA, output voltage up to 50 V, integrated suppression diodes, versions for all popular logic families, outputs can be paralleled, inputs and outputs are opposite each other to simplify PCB layout.
