The VN5E050ASO-E is a single channel high-side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It has various features, including active management of inrush current by power limitation, very low standby current, 3.0V CMOS compatible inputs, optimized electromagnetic emissions, very low electromagnetic susceptibility, compliance with European directive 2002/95/EC, very low current sense leakage, and AEC-Q100 qualification.
