VND5E006ASP-E is a double channel high-side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It features low standby current, optimized electromagnetic emissions, and low electromagnetic susceptibility. The driver also has diagnostic functions and protection functions, including load current sense, overload and short circuit indication, thermal shutdown, etc. In addition, it has protection functions such as undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, self limiting of fast thermal transients, reverse battery protection, etc.
