The VND830E-E is a double channel high-side driver with an output current of 9.5A, designed for driving resistive or inductive loads. It features CMOS compatible inputs, open-load detection, output stuck to VCC detection, open drain status outputs, undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current and power limitation, very low standby current, protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC, reverse battery protection, very low electromagnetic susceptibility, and optimized electromagnetic emission.
