The VNL5050N3-E / VNL5050S5-E OMNIFET III fully protected low-side driver is a low-side driver launched by STMicroelectronics. It has a maximum current of 19A, ESD protection, overvoltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current and power limitation, ultra-low standby current, ultra-low electromagnetic susceptibility and compliance with the European Union 2002/95/EC directive.
