ST L99MD02 handbook

The L99MD02 is a 6-channel half-bridge driver for automotive applications. It can drive 3 DC motors simultaneously or up to 5 DC motors in series. It has an integrated 24-bit standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) to control all outputs and provide diagnostic information: normal operation, open-load in on-state, overcurrent, temperature warning and overtemperature.
