ST VNH5019A-E handbook

The VNH5019A-E is a full bridge motor driver from STMicroelectronics. The product has a 30A output current, uses ECOPACK® packaging, supports 3V CMOS compatible inputs, and integrates thermal shutdown functions on both the high and low sides. In addition, the product also has overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, cross conduction protection, current limiting, extremely low standby power consumption, PWM operation, overcurrent protection, reverse polarity protection, etc.
