The VND5E025LK-E is a double channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications. It features analog current sense and various protections such as power limitation for inrush current management, low standby current, 3.0V CMOS compatible inputs, optimized electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility, compliance with EU directive 2002/95/EC, and very low current sense leakage. The driver also offers diagnostic functions, proportional load current sense, high precision for wide currents range, current sense disable, off state open load detection, output short to VCC detection, overload and short to ground indication, thermal shutdown indication, and more. It is suitable for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and can be used as an LED driver.
