ST VND5E025AK-E handbook

The VND5E025AK-E is a double channel high-side driver manufactured in the ST proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology and housed in the tiny PowerSSO-24 package. The VND5E025AK-E is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads delivering protection, diagnostics and an easy 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interface with any microcontroller. The device integrates analog current sense, programmable current limiting, short circuit protection, open load detection and thermal shutdown functions.
