ST VN5E160S-E handbook

This is a datasheet of VN5E160S-E, a single channel high side driver. The driver supports 3V and 5V CMOS compatible inputs and can drive automotive grounded loads. The driver integrates many protection functions, such as load current limitation, overcurrent and overload active management, over-temperature shutdown, reverse battery protection and electrostatic discharge protection.
