ST VNQ5E050AK-E handbook

The VNQ5E050AK-E is a quad channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications. It features analog current sense, various protection functions, and is manufactured using ST's VIPower™ M0-5 technology. The device is housed in a PowerSSO-24 package and is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads while providing protection and diagnostics. It also has a 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interface for use with any microcontroller.
