The VNQ5050AK-E is a quad channel high side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It features inrush current active management, very low standby current, and optimized electromagnetic emission. The device also provides various protection functions including undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, load current limitation, and thermal shutdown. It is suitable for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and can also be used as an LED driver.
