The VN5E025AJ-E is a single channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications. It features analog current sense and various protection functions. The driver supports active management of inrush current through power limitation, and has very low standby current and optimized electromagnetic emissions. It also includes diagnostic functions such as load current sense, output short to VCC detection, overload and short to ground indication, etc. It is suitable for all types of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and can be used as an LED driver.
