The VNQ5027AK-E is a quad channel high side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It features an output current of 42A, 3.0V CMOS compatible input, current sense disable, proportional load current sense, undervoltage shut-down, overvoltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current and power limitation, very low standby current, protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC, very low electromagnetic susceptibility, optimized electromagnetic emission, and reverse battery protection.
