ST VN31 handbook

The VN31 is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower Technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It features thermal shut-down protection, under voltage protection, open drain diagnostic output, fast demagnetization of inductive loads, and very low stand-by power dissipation.
