ST VN06 handbook

The VN06 is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics Vertical Intelligent Power technology, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It has maximum continuous output current 9A@Tc = 85°C, 5V logic level compatible input, thermal shutdown, under voltage protection, open drain diagnostic output, inductive load fast demagnetization and very low standby power dissipation.
