The STEVAL-TDR001V1 is a two-stage RF power amplifier that includes a low pass output filter for harmonics rejection specifically designed for portable two-way UHF radio communication. Its features include excellent thermal stability, frequency range of 380-512 MHz, supply voltage of 7.2 V, output power of 4 W, current less than 1.6 A, input power less than 10 dBm, harmonics level less than -70 dBc, load mismatch of 20:1, maximum VAPC of 5 V, BEO-free amplifier, and RoHS compliance.
