MM54C901 and MM74C901 are CMOS type hex non-inverting buffers, MM54C903 and MM74C903 are TTL type hex inverting buffers. They employ complementary MOS technology, which has a wide supply voltage range, low power consumption and high noise immunity. These buffers can directly interface PMOS to CMOS or TTL, and directly interface CMOS to TTL or CMOS, operating at a reduced VCC supply.
