This is a data brief about the STMicroelectronics PM6670AS-based evaluation board for DDR2/3 memory power supply controller. The board features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, provides fixed output voltages of 0.9V (DDR2) or 1.5V (DDR3), adjustable output voltage range of 0.9V to 2.6V, and fast load transient response. It also includes features such as no current sensing, negative current limit, latched OVP, UVP, and thermal shutdown.
